However, the reality is far different.</strong></p> <p>The 30-second clip shows very dark clouds coming towards the city similar to the prediction of the upcoming cyclone in the port city.</p> <p>However, when we fact-checked it using different tools, we found that it was published by a Bolivian newspaper Diario Pagina Siete in 2021.
