      <title>Karachi cancels exams due to cyclone Biparjoy</title>

      <description>&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;The Karachi commissioner’s office has announced the cancellation/rescheduling of educational activities scheduled to start from Wednesday (tomorrow) till the end of the cyclone Biparjoy to avoid the loss of human lives.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;“It is necessary that all examinations, education seminars, summer camps, and education related activities may be cancelled or rescheduled from June 14 till the end of the storm to avoid any loss of human lives and inconvenience to people during the cyclonic emergent situation,” said Karachi Assistant Commissioner Abid Qamar Shaikh in a letter to the provincial authorities.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;The statement was issued in the wake of a high alert issued by the Met Office, Sindh government regarding the cyclone, which might the coastal areas of Karachi Division and cause torrential rains/storms in the city.&lt;/p&gt;
