Police said that the victim was identified as Vanshika Chopra, hailing from Gaur City-2 in Greater Noida.

Vanshika was standing near the stage when the lighting truss suddenly collapsed on her head. Despite immediate medical attention, she succumbed to her injuries.

Moreover, Bobby Raj from Agra, who was a volunteer for the show, sustained injuries in the ramp accident.

In the meantime, local authorities launched an investigation into the accident.

The organizers of the fashion show and the individuals responsible for installing the lighting truss are being questioned to determine the cause of the tragic accident.

Four suspects have been detained so far. The studio management, where the event was organized, is the primary focus of the investigation.

As many as 150 people were present in the studio at the time of the accident.
