Of the 16 bullets on him, seven struck him in the head.</p> <p>The case was registered under sections 109 and 302 of the penal code and sections 6 and seven of the anti-terrorism act.</p> <p>Police sources say an arrest could be made after the initial investigation.</p> <p>Shar was the petitioner in a case against the PTI chairman accusing him of treason under Article 6 of the constitution.
