He has been arrested under the Maintenance Of Public Order (MPO) ordinance.</p> <p>However, in an interesting turn of events, Islamabad High Court Justice Miangul Hassan Aurangzeb sent him back to Adiala prison saying that the MPO 3 arrest came under the jurisdiction of Rawalpindi authorities and not under the Islamabad High Court.</p> <p>Adiala jail officials took Ansari in their custody from the court.</p> PTI leader Jamal Ansari was produced before the Islamabad High Court on Wednesday on the orders of the court.
