&lt;p&gt;Joginder Singh, 71, from Jalandhar in the Indian state of Punjab was visiting the Gurdwara Janam Asthana and arrived in Nankana Sahib on April 9 with other Sikh devotees.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Around &lt;a href="https://www.aajenglish.tv/news/30317625/sikh-pilgrims-arrive-at-gurdwara-nankana-sahib-to-celebrate-baisakhi"&gt;3,000 Sikhs from India have arrived in Pakistan&lt;/a&gt; to celebrate the Baisakhi festival.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Joginder Sindh experienced a cardiac event on Tuesday and was rushed to the district headquarters hospital in a Rescue 1122 ambulance. The doctors pronounced him dead.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;A special ambulance later carried his body to the Indian border later in the day.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Every year, a large number of Sikh devotees from India and other parts of the world visit Pakistan to celebrate religious events since most of the Sikh shrines lie in Pakistan.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Baisakhi marks the birth of Khalsa Panth under Guru Gobind Singh, the tenth Guru of Sikhs, in the year 1699.&lt;/p&gt;
