&lt;p&gt;At least 43 people were rescued safely.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Five fire tenders, two bowsers and a snorkel took part in extinguishing the fire, which spread through multiple floors.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;The man who died in the blaze was identified as Ali. More details about him were still awaited.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;“Fire erupted on the third floor and then spread to the tenth floor. No one is left in the building now,” Chief Fire Officer Ishtiaq Ahmed said.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;He further said that the fire had been extinguished and the cooling process was going to start.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;The multi-storey building houses shops, offices, and warehouses.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Sindh Chief Minister Murad Ali Shah took notice of the incident and ordered to take all necessary measures.&lt;/p&gt;
