      <title>ISI commander among 4 soldiers killed in multiple terror attacks</title>

      <description>&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;A sector commander of the Inter-Services Intelligence was martyred in a terrorist attack in Waziristan on Tuesday, a statement by the ISPR said on Tuesday.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;“Brigadier Mustafa Kamal Burki from Inter Services Intelligence (ISI), while leading the encounter from the front, embraced Shahadat,” the statement said.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;ISPR said a the Brigadier was martyred in an exchange with hardcore terrorists in Angoor Adda. Seven other soldiers were injured as well.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Terrorists attacked a police check post in Khutti, DI Khan on the night between March 20 and 21 and three soldiers embraced shahdat as a result.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;A statement by the Inter-Services Public Relations said that three terrorists were also killed by the army’s response.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;“On receipt of the information, security forces immediately cordoned the area, blocking all possible escape routes,” The ISPR statement said. “Fleeing terrorists were intercepted in general area Saggu, Dera Ismail Khan District. After intense exchange of fire, three terrorists were sent to hell.”&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;ISPR said weapons and ammunition were also recovered from the killed terrorists.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;The martyred soldiers were identified as 42-year old Havaldar Muhammad Azhar Iqbal, from Lodhran, 34-year-old  Naik Muhammad Asad from Khanewal and  22-year-old Sepoy Muhammad Essa from South Waziristan.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;The security forces then carreid out a search operation in the general area to make sure that no accomplices of the slain terrorists were present.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;“Pakistan Army is determined to eliminate the menace of terrorism and such sacrifices of our brave soldiers further strengthen our resolve.”&lt;/p&gt;
