Shaheen’s Nikha was solemnised with Shahid Afridi’s daughter, Ansha, at a local Karachi mosque in Karachi.

Following that, a reception was also held in the city of lights, where renowned sports personalities which include: Captain Babar Azam, Sarfaraz Ahmed, Naseem Shah, Shadab Khan and Mir Hamza as well as squash legend Jahangir Khan, were among the attendees.

Moreover, Asim Bajwa, the former director-general of the Inter-Services Public Relations, was also present at the occasion.

With such a high-profile guest list, the former all-rounder arranged the big menu – featuring three starters, 11 dishes in the main course, and four desserts– which has a variety of Chinese and Pakistani dishes.

The duo was engaged two years ago.
