Aliza’s lawyer told the court that the children were unable to come for the visitation because they had fallen sick. He added that Feroze Khan was informed about this yesterday.

Feroze’s lawyer told the court that the actor is worried about the children’s illness and is ready to provide any kind of support.

The court called for the medical report regarding the child’s illness at the next hearing on January 11.

In December 2022, a bench comprising Justice Aftab Gurr of Sindh High Court partially modified the subordinate court’s decision to hand over the custody of Feroze Khan’s son Sultan to his father for 5 days.

The High Court fixed the meeting time from 10 am to 5 pm instead of five full days. The court also ordered Feroze to pay Rs50,000 to their son Sultan and Rs30,000 to daughter Fatima before the 14th of every month.

In September 2022, Actor Feroze Khan and Syeda Aliza Sultan announced that they had parted ways after four years of marriage.

A month later, Aliza Sultan accused Feroze Khan of abuse and opened up about her abusive marriage in an Instagram post saying that she had to suffer “physical and psychological violence” from Feroze.

The actor denied all allegations of abuse and said that he would be taking legal action.

Syeda Aliza Sultan submitted evidence of abuse in court in the form of photos, medico-legal reports, and a police report. Images of Aliza’s bruises were shared widely on social media with many celebrities condemning Feroze Khan and calling him a “wife-beater”.

Meanwhile, Feroze Khan was granted visitation rights for his two children by the family court.

The court granted the children’s custody to Aliza and allowed the actor to visit his kids twice a month.

He was instructed to meet his children in the court premises in the first and last week of the month.
