“Imran Khan is demanding early elections because he wants elections to be held as long as his facilitators are present in the institutions,” the foreign minister alleged addressing a press conference in the United States before returning from the country.

The foreign minister hoped that after the change in the military command Imran Khan’s facilitators may not be present there now because now the institution has opted for the policy of playing a constitutional role and not a controversial one.

“But there are other institutions too and in case of early elections, Imran Khan’s facilitators there may facilitate him,” Bilawal said and added that the PTI chief hoped that the facilitators sitting in these institutions will save him in the cases against him.

Bilawal reiterated that his party’s position was clear that the Parliament should complete its term.
