      <title>Entry from Rawalpindi to Islamabad may be blocked on Nov 26: Islamabad police</title>

      <description>&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;The Islamabad police said on Sunday that entry from Rawalpindi to Islamabad might be blocked on November 26.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;“Any kind of illegal activity will not be tolerated in Islamabad,” the Islamabad police said in a series of tweets, adding that any political activity in the federal capital would be in accordance with the law and with the permission of the Islamabad administration.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;“Police, FC and Rangers will be deployed to ensure the security of the Red Zone,” it said and added that search operations will be conducted in the city in view of the threats of terrorism.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;The Islamabad police said that a meeting was held to review security arrangements regarding the expected political party meeting in the area adjacent to Islamabad which was presided over by the Inspector General of Police (IGP) Islamabad Dr. Akbar Nasir Khan.&lt;/p&gt;
