“Imran Khan started the fire of hatred in society and now he himself is burning in his own fire,” the JUI-F chief said in a statement.

Speaking about the attack on PTI chairperson Imran Khan in Wazirabad, Fazl said that the incident took place within the boundaries of Punjab.

The PDM chief said that the accused was caught by the PTI workers and handed over to the police and later the Punjab police took the statement from the accused, adding that the accused confessed that Imran Khan had been guilty of disgracing religion.

He demanded a high-level investigation into the matter saying that Imran Khan was spreading chaos by accusing the prime minister and the interior minister without any investigation so it became necessary to keep the nation informed about the facts.
