Elections on three provincial seats, PP-139, PP-209 Khanewal and PP-24, are also scheduled for October 16.</p> <p>The local body election as well as the by-elections have faced multiple delays due to the floods following monsoon.</p> The Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) has said that the second phase of the Local Government Elections in Karachi will be held as per schedule on October 23.
