The police said that they arrested the accused in connection with the murder of his own brothers, adding that the accused Qais Khan son of Dr Nasir Achakzai, a well-known doctor in the city, killed his three real brothers because of his greed for wealth.

Earlier in the day a gunman opened fire at the vehicle of Dr. Achakzai when his family was returning to their house after attending a marriage ceremony.

Achakzai’s three sons were killed during the firing incident.

Police said that they have recovered the pistol used in the incident.
