According to the BSEK, more than 360,000 students registered for the matric examinations held in May this year and appeared at 448 exam centres established across 18 towns in Karachi.

The director of examinations, Imran Butt said that the exam success rate was 80%.

In the science group, Abdul Rehman outshone his fellows by bagging the first position after securing 97.54% marks, while Rabia took the second position with 97.18% and Alizah Samdhani and Ramin Zubaida both secured the third position with 97%.

The parents were overjoyed by their children’s success.

Secretary Board and Universities Mureed Rahimoon and Chairman Matriculation Board Syed Sharaf Ali Shah distributed prizes amongst the position holders.
