The T-Series drops the trailer of ‘Thank God’ – a comedy film reminding of Hollywood’s Bruce Almighty and Evan Almighty – on Friday. The multi-starrer film will hit big screens this Diwali on October 25.

“The season of festivity is all set to start with the game of life, jahan hoga sabke karmon ka hisaab!” Ajay Devgn, who plays the role of a Hindu deity ‘Chitragupta’ in the movie, says in a tweet.

Sidharth Malhotra and Rakul Preet Singh are the lead pair in the movie. The Shershaah actor after an accident enters the arena where he’s tested for his deeds and plays “the game of life”.

The 3:06 trailer begins with the background score of viral Tamil music ‘maa man hari’. The movie is directed by Indra Kumar, who directed Dhamaal series.

Bollywood had earlier made ‘God Tussi Great Ho’, an adaptation of Bruce Almighty, in 2008. The movie was not a commercial success, according to the Indian media.
