Jan shot to fame for his unique videos, his confidence and his style of talking on Facebook. He has made videos for paid campaigns for websites such as www.shadywady.com.

His birthday wishes are also very popular, with fans messaging him to wish their friends. Jan dons a party hat, and sunglasses then stands in front of a stimulated balloon-filled background to wish his fans.

He receives both love and hate for his videos, but he remains unabashedly himself. In one of his videos, Jan can be seen dancing around the room, when he tries to fall into bed dramatically but falls off instead.

Jan is also famous for his English song covers, with his rendition of The Chainsmokers’ Closer cover having over 28,000 views.

He recently wished his fans Eid on his YouTube channel while also making a grand gesture towards his wife.

“Last Eid, Eid-ul-Fitr, my wife gave me a watch,” Jan said, showing off the fancy, black watch. “This Eid, I want to give you a surprise,” he said, turning off the camera.

“Give me your hand. Last Eid you gave me a gift, this Eid, I got you a gold ring and wanted to give it to you while recording a video.” He also kissed his wife’s hand after putting the ring on her.

His wife has never made an on-camera appearance and he either talks about her or her hands are shown like they were in this video.

Just a day later he took to Facebook and Twitter to tell his fans that they have become uncles and aunts. He posted a video of the first azan for the baby boy. Watch here:
