&lt;p&gt;France ‘98 World Cup winner and former French footballer Christian Karembeu presented the trophy of the men’s international mega competition that will kick off from November 21 in Qatar.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Pakistan women’s national team player Hajra Khan hosted the ceremony, while another national player Saddam Hussain was present there.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Earlier, the trophy was scheduled to arrive in Islamabad but political unrest compelled the organisers to relocate the event to Lahore, reported &lt;em&gt;Radio Pakistan&lt;/em&gt;.&lt;/p&gt;
