&lt;p&gt;After this increase in the tariff price of one unit has soared to Rs24.82. Nepra has sent the hike to the federal government for notification.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;The new tariff will be applicable after the final notification from the government, according to a statement.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Nepra in a statement said that it will determine the new tariff based on the distribution and transmission losses and in terms of revenue of different distribution companies.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;The regulatory authority in its statement said that the tariff had been determined for the fiscal year 2022-23.&lt;/p&gt;
