      <description>&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;ISLAMABAD: Pakistan has asked India to submit its response on the controversial Pakal Dul Hydro project located in Indian Occupied Kashmir during a second round of talks that are ongoing to discuss water issues between the two countries in New Delhi under the Indus Water Treaty of 1960.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;India assured the Pakistani delegation that an inspection of Khwar and Pakal Dul Hydro projects would be conducted probably after the monsoon season.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;A five-member Pakistani delegation &lt;a href="https://www.aaj.tv/news/30287435"&gt;left&lt;/a&gt; for India Sunday to discuss issues pertaining to the sharing of water between the two countries as both countries struggle with the impacts of climate change that has resulted in a prolonged heatwave and heavy rain.&lt;/p&gt;
