The three women appear to be speaking discretely to each other.

Nawaz shared the picture and said, “Caption pls.”

One user called the three leaders “phuphos” of the town, while another called them "Gucci gang girls."

One user shared a picture of three apes gathered together and wrote, "No caption needed."

The picture shared by Nawaz reminded one person of sisters discussing other people's outfits at a wedding.

While some people found the picture funny and shared hilarious captions, other saw something completely different in the photo.

"The future is with women," said Twitter user Sherry.

"Women belong in all places where decision are being made," said another user Nazrana Yousufzai.
