      <title>Educational institutes across Pakistan resume regular classes

      <description>&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;All public and private educational institutions across the country reopened today as the National Command and Operation Centre (NCOC) has allowed provinces to resume regular classes following a sharp decline in Covid cases.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Earlier, the educational institutes were operating at 50 per cent attendance of students.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;In a meeting on Thursday, the NCOC allowed all educational institutions to operate normal classes, according to a tweet by the body's chief and federal minister Asad Umar.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;In another announcement, Special Assistant to Prime Minister on Health Dr Faisal Sultan said on Friday only partially vaccinated students will be allowed to attend classes after &lt;a href="https://www.aaj.tv/news/30268767"&gt;October 31&lt;/a&gt; as the government had approved and started vaccination of children aged 12 and above.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Dr Sultan further said only fully vaccinated students will be allowed to attend classes after November 30. &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;In other development related to coronavirus in Pakistan, the country recorded 1,004 Covid cases in the last 24 hours after a gap of three days in which the positive cases were under 1,000.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;The daily Covid positivity rate was 2.31 per cent across the country.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Currently, 2,473 patients infected with the virus are on critical care, according to the NCOC data.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;As per the NCOC data, 32 million people across the country have been fully vaccinated against the coronavirus.&lt;/p&gt;
