Quoted an unknown Twitterati, a user said: "@Facebook was removed from #Facebook for violating #Facebook Community Standards."

In an amusing way, a Twitter user shared a meme which expressed emotions of Twitter during the outage. It said: "I feel like the king of the world."

Another user shared a picture of multiple helicopters and said in the message: "Whatsapp, facebook and instagram users arriving at twitter just to check if it's down."

The most amusing moment was Twitter's message on the application, saying "hello literally everyone".

Waving hand on Twitter's message, WhatsApp'sverified account replied hello.

In its reply to Twitter's message, Instagram added a face with spiral eyes and said: "Hi and happy Monday."

However, Facebook didn't reply to the message.

A famous food brand McDonald's in its reply to Twitter said: "How are you handling the fame".

In a funny exchange of tweets between McDonalds and Twitter, the food outlet asked what can I get you. Responding to the food outlet, Twitter said delivery of 59.6 million nuggets to its friends over direct message.
