&lt;p&gt;Out of the total 52,788 Covid tests conducted on Thursday, 2,233 people tested positive for the virus.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;According to the NCOC data, 50 people succumbed to the virus in the last 24 hours. This has pushed the total fatalities of the virus to 27,482 mark since the virus emerged in the country in 2020.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Currently, 4,409 patients infected with the virus are on critical care across the country.&lt;/p&gt;
