Covid positive cases across the country were more than 4,000 on the fifth consecutive day. Out of 61,306 tests conducted in the last 24 hours, 4,191 people tested positive for the virus.

According to the NCOC data, the coronavirus positivity was 6.83 per cent.

Meanwhile, Pakistan crossed 50 million mark of vaccine doses administered to people across the country.

In a tweet on Friday, the NCOC congratulated the nation for achieving “landmark” of 50 million doses of vaccine and urged people to get themselves vaccinated and make the country safe.
