      <title>Pakistan records highest daily Covid deaths in four months

      <description>&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Pakistan reported record 141 more deaths of Covid in the last 24 hours, the highest number of daily fatalities of the virus since May when 161 people died of the pandemic.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;According to the government figures, so far 25,220 people have succumbed to the virus, while more than 5,000 people were in critical condition.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Meanwhile, 3,915 people have recovered from the virus in the last 24 hours.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Out of the 61,410 tests conducted in the last 24 hours, 4,199 people tested positive for the virus, as per the data of the National Command and Operation Centre.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;The Covid positivity rate was 6.83 per cent.&lt;/p&gt;
