      <title>Lahore’s Metro bus drivers continue protest against non-payment of salaries

      <description>&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;The suspension of Lahore’s Metro bus service entered its fifth day as drivers on Friday continued to protest the non-payment of their salaries.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Commuters faced difficulties due to the suspension of the bus service and urged the government officials to look into a resolution.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;While talking to Aaj News, the protesting drivers said the Punjab government had not paid their dues and they weren't get salaries on time.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;“Our contract is about to end in few days, however, so far no official has contacted us for the discussion on dues,” said one of the protesting drivers.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;He further said the government didn’t offer gratuity to them.&lt;/p&gt;
