As per the <a href="https://twitter.com/PSHDept?s=09">daily reports </a> shared by Punjab's Secretary Primary and Secondary Healthcare Department Sarah Aslam,  in the past 24 hours, <strong>18,528</strong> people were sampled for novel coronavirus infection out of which only <strong>141</strong> tested positive. It meant that the daily positivity rate remained <strong>0.7%</strong>. </p> <p>According to the daily update, yesterday, <strong>8</strong> people succumbed to Covid-19 in the province while <strong>202</strong> recovered from the deadly infection. Currently, there are 669 vaccination centers fully functioning across the province. In the last 24 hours, Punjab vaccinated <strong>205,737</strong> citizens making it the third consecutive day when over 200k people were immunized in the province.
