According to Inter Services Public Relations (ISPR), Army Chief General Qamar Javed Bajwa visited the Line of Control (LoC) and offered Eid prayers with the troops deployed at the LoC. Army Chief also prayed for the peace and prosperity of the country.

The Chief of Army Staff appreciated the morale, spirit and operational readiness of the soldiers, and commended the their cooperation with the civil administration for the prevention of Corona and stressed the need to take all possible precautions to prevent Corona.

On the occasion, Chief of Army Staff General Qamar Javed Bajwa said that security and safety of the people of Pakistan is our responsibility and as soldiers we are proud to defend the motherland. The Army Chief paid tribute to the martyrs for their sacrifices.
