The Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) Co-Chairperson went to the polling booth to cast his vote after he was issued a ballot paper. He was later informed that his ballot paper was wasted due to the trembling of his hands.

Zardari requested the Returning Officer to issue the ballot papers again, which was obliged.

Earlier, the former president reached National Assembly to cast his vote where he exchanged pleasantries with Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) President Shahbaz Sharif.

PPP Chairperson Bilawal Bhutto, Khawaja Asif and other members were also present on the occasion.
