      <title>COVID-19: Pakistan reports 1,176 new cases, 23 deaths in 24 hours

      <description>&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Pakistan on Sunday has reported 1,176 new cases and 23 COVID-19 related deaths in the last 24 hours.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;According to statistics shared by National Command and Operations Center (NCOC), the country's nerve center for unified efforts against coronavirus, 38,920 coronavirus tests were taken, 1,176 new confirmed cases were registered, and 23 deaths were reported countrywide in the last 24 hours.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;There are currently 1,562 critical patients of COVID-19 admitted at different hospitals in the country.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;With these latest statistics, the country's total number of confirmed cases stands at 579,973. Pakistan has so far recorded 12,860 coronavirus-related deaths, and a total of 545,277 patients have recovered from the novel disease.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Pakistan has so far conducted 8951838 COVID tests.&lt;/p&gt;
