      <title>SC orders to release accused in Daniel Pearl murder case

      <description>&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;ISLAMABAD: Supreme Court of Pakistan (SCP) on Thursday ordered to release accused in case of murder of journalist Daniel Pearl.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Supreme Court bench head by Justice Mushir Alam dismissed the petition of the Sindh government against Sindh High Court (SHC) decision to overturn the conviction of accused. &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;A three-judge bench of the apex court announced the short order. One member of the apex- bench accepted Sindh government's appeal.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;“The court has come out to say that there is no offence that he has committed in this case,” Mahmood Sheikh, counsel who represented Ahmed Omar Saeed Sheikh, told AFP.&lt;/p&gt;
