      <description>&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;ISLAMABAD: Supreme Court of Pakistan has rejected a plea by Sindh government against acquittal of accused in Daniel Pearl case.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;As per details, Supreme Court heard the petition filed by parents of murdered journalist Danial Pearl and Sindh government. During the hearing, counsel of the provincial government requested the court to suspend the Sindh High Court’s decision otherwise problems may arise for the government.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;On the other hand, counsel of the accused argued that his clients are in jail for last 19 years and despite SHC’s April 2 order, they are under illegal detention. Court, while rejecting the plea against release of the accused and adjourned the hearing till first week of December. NNI&lt;/p&gt;
