Web Desk: Officially, Akshay Kumar was signed for “Mogul”, a biopic on music maestro Gulshan Kumar. But according to the recent reports, the actor has quit the project.

As the rumour spread, the Akshay responded saying that he is the face of the project and these are just rumours. But the just rumours refuse to die down.

The reliable source has confirmed that Akki not only quit the film, but also returned hid signing amount. The more surprising fact is Aamir Khan has come on board for Mogul, as a producer not as an actor.

According to the source, “Aamir will produce this biopic, which itself is an important development. Whether he will play the lead is not yet decided. No other details are known as of now.”
