&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Highly processed&lt;/strong&gt;: Â According to Punam Pahuja Duneja, sports nutritionist sandwiches and subs contain hidden calories as the soc called 9-grain bread contain harmful ingredients to make it tastier.
