&lt;li&gt;After 2 to 3 hours, close your eyes for few minutes and enjoy the peace.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Do well-known exercise to give your eyes a workout. Do them each day in the order indicated.&lt;/li&gt;
