&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Ingrediants:Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â  &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;1.sugar plus additional for sprinkling 1/3 cup&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ol start="2"&gt;
&lt;li&gt;bittersweet chocolate (not unsweetened), chopped 5&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;large egg yolks at room temperature 3&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;large egg whites 6&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ol&gt;
&lt;p&gt;5.Accompaniment: lightly sweetened whipped cream&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;6.Souffle dish of ceramic&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Method:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Preheat oven at 375 degree farenhite.brush oil over souffle dish and sprinkle sugar over it&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Take choclate in a pan(place pan over hot water) and melt it&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Add yolks in melted chocolate the mixture will become stiff&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Beat egg white gently by adding pinch of salt in it then add 1/3 cup of sugar in it&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Then mix 1 cup of white in choclate mixture to lighten it&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Then add both the mixture of chocolate and egg white and fold it gently&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Pour the mixture in souffle dish&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Put the dish in oven and baked it until puffed and crusted on top and jiggly in centre, 24 to 27 minutes&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Souffle is ready to serve&lt;/li&gt;
