      <title>Recipe: Singaporean Rice</title>

&lt;p&gt;&lt;b&gt;WEB DESK:Â &lt;/b&gt;&lt;span style="color: #333333;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: 12px;"&gt;&lt;b&gt;Singaporean&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;b&gt;Â rice is famous food and available at Chinese restaurant, now its easy to make it by your own-self through this recipeÂ Â &lt;/b&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Ingredients:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;150 gm chicken&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;2 cups rice&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Half packet Â fried noodles&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;1 capsicum&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;1 Â choped carrot&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;1 green shallot,cut off leaves&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;1 chopped onion&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;1/4 Â chopped cabbage&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;1tbsp ginger garlic paste&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;4 cloves garlic&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;4 cloves ginger&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;4-6 green chilles&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;1 tbsp ground red chilles&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;1 tbsp cumin seeds&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Pinch of turmeric&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Salt according to taste&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Oil as required&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Cooking method:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ol&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Boil noodles in hot water&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Take oil in a pain and fry boiled noodles&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Take water in a pan and add cumin seeds,salt and 2tbsp oil in it&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Boil rice in water&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Take Long slices of green and red chillies and fry them lightly in hot oil.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Take ginger galric paste and fry it&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Add chicken to this and cook till it becomes light brown then add all vegetables and stir&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Now add white pepper, balck pepper, oyster sause, worcestershire sause, salt, tomato ketchup and garlic sauce ti it&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;To make sauce concentatred add water and corn flour in it&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Take mayonnaise(cream) , water and ground red chilles in a bowl and mix them well&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Make a layer of rice in a tray&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Pour vegetables and chiken sauce over it&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Again Pour rice over it&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Then spread paste of cream over rice&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Pour noodles on the top&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Tasty singaporian rice is ready to serve now&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ol&gt;
