&lt;p&gt;Nutritionist Bhavishya Wadhwan gave advice to intake Dry fruits, nuts, ginger, leafy vegetables in your daily meal. She also listed the things must be avoid in winters.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Dairy Products&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
