&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Web Desk: According to the researchers, mobile apps can change the usersâ€™ emotional behavior and can improve their psychological health.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;A study published in the Journal JMIR Mental Health says that when people suffers from mental and emotional problems, should use mental healthcare apps.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Associate Professor at Brigham Young University in Utah said, â€œOur findings show that mental and emotional health-focused apps have the ability to positively change behaviour,â€&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;He added, â€œThis is great news for people looking for inexpensive, easily accessible resources to help combat mental and emotional health illness and challenges.â€&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;The study showed that mental healthcare apps could increase motivation, confidence, intention and attitudes.&lt;/p&gt;
