WEB DESK: Usually there are heroes who did stunts that make a film successful but movies do get hit by the stunning performances of heroines. And, yes there are five movies where ladies stole the show, stood straight, did justice to character and made film a huge success. 

Bhumi Pednekar in Toile Ek Prem Katha

Although she is new and has done only two films but we can tell how talented she is. Her first film Dum Laga Ke Haisha gained her appreciation and after that she got second film against Mr. Khiladi, Akshay Kumar. Toilet: Ek Prem Katha was her show. She did well and gave Akshay tough competition who is years old in B-town.

Kangana Ranaut in Rangoon

In Rangoon, Kangana worked against two A-listers Saif Ali Khan and Shahid Kapoor. And show her potential and power packed acting. She literally stole the show. She appeared as vulnerable lover in the beginning and rebellious Hunterwaali in the end.

Anushka Sharma in Jab Harry Met Sejal

The film failed to impress audience and fans even questioned what makes Shahrukh to sign it. However, it was Anushkha who impressed fans. She was shown as a talkative Gujrati girl, confused about her outlook. She added brightness in the film even in the first half of it, Anushkha stayed pretty dominant.

Saba Qamar in Hindi Medium

It is heart warming to learn that a Pakistani actress has made it to the list. Saba, a well known figure in Pakistani drama industry. She picked a decent role and a wonderful story line. Her acting was superb that at a point people actually lost in the character she played. Moreover, casting against Irfan Khan, she shone bright and made us proud.

Anushka Shetty in Baahubali 2

Baahubali 2 is a huge flick of 2017. And no doubt Prabhas was fabulous and entire cast did really well. It was Anushka Shetty who caught everyone's attention. And, at certain point she stole the show too.
