WEB DESK: This big and bright smile on Saif's face is actually the first look of his next film Kaalakaandi.

We are curious to know what would be the Saif's role and story line after seeing this first still. According to Hindustan Times, Kaalakaandi is a dark comedy based on six characters. The story of the flick revolves around life, death, and karma which sounds fascinating.

In a statement, the Nawab of B-town said,"Kaalakaandi is a film I’m so happy to be a part of,” said Saif in a statement. “It Is a cross section of Mumbai with underworld goons, doomed bankers and idealistic lovers all mixed together in this karmic tale about love, crime and living a lifetime in one night. Akshat has written and directed this unique movie ... and he is probably the only voice who tells it exactly like it actually is ... Mumbai is a crazy, beautiful city and he has captured it perfectly in this very fun and very moving film.”

The details revealed up till now portrays that makers would highlight dark side of the city humorously in Kaalakaandi. But, we will have to wait until it hit cinemas. The film is slated to release on 8th September.
