WEB DESK: The word 'Pari' (fairy) makes you think about a delicate creature in shinny gown with beautiful big eyes and bright smile. But Anushka Sharma's 'Pari' is different. 

The first poster of film has been released. Also, Sharma is a co-producer and acting in it too. Surely, the actress loves challenges which shows from her previous project 'Phillauri', the ghost comedy and now 'Pari'.

Moreover, from the fist look of 'Pari', haunting looks on Sharma's face tells the film might highlight the dark side of life.

The shooting has begun and Parambrata Chatterjee will be seen in lead. Also, the film will be shot in Kolkata and Mumbai.

Anushka Sharma said in statement that,"At Clean Slate Films, we focus on a good, engaging story above all else. With new talent, we get to work on newer ideas and innovative concepts. Pari is a great script, and I have complete faith in Prosit’s vision as well as this collaboration with KriArj Entertainment." It is noteworthy here that this co-production of Clean Slate Films and KriArj Entertainment will hit cinemas next year.

Talking about her further projects, the actress will be seen opposite Shah Rukh Khan in When Harry Met Sejal and it is slated to release in August.
