WEB DESK: Founder of Microsoft Bill Gates and wife Melinda spent a really decent amount of time in building (Xanadu 2.0) their home sweet home. Here are some crazy facts about their luxury estate which will you leave you surely in amazement. 

Bill Gates home is Earth-Sheltered as it is buried into a hill. It is also eco-friendly than today's procedures of modern cooling and heating.

This luxury estate took around seven years to build and it costs around $67 million.

Of course, Gates house is different than other houses on planet Earth. It has 24 bathrooms, 10 full and 14 half. It means the family can use a new bathroom everyday for almost a month.

The giant garage of the house has enough place for all 23 cars. Plus, there's an underground concrete and steel cave which has place to hold 10 cars.

For summer, the doesn't really have to go to outside as in their house, an almost 4,000 sq ft building houses a 60 foot pool is made which is completed with underwater sound system and locker room.

The theater of Gates house is made lavishly on 1,500 square foot. It has comfy, oversized chairs and couches which serves for 20 guests at a time.

The floors in the luxury estate are pressure sensitive and stays on monitoring mode. Hence, security remains aware of who is present in the house and where are they, all the time.

For an authentic reader, days aren't really well without reading. The case is similar with Gates as his Xanadu 2.0's library is an impressive 2,100 square feet, complete with domed roof, secret bookcase doors. Talking about reception hall of the giant mansion, it is spread on 2,300 sqaure foot, serves large number of people. Plus, the hall has 22 foot wide television display with a giant fireplace made with limestone.

Oh in a mansion this big, only one kitchen doesn't make sense so they made six kitchens at different places in the house.

In Xanadu 2.0, where everything is extra spacious, they made only six bedrooms but these rooms are larger than most apartments.

The Grand Staircase in the mansion is 92 feet long with 84 steps but it is absolutely fine if you don't want to take stairs, there's an elevator too.

Lastly, Gates loves Maple tree and for extra care, a special system was installed to monitor them 24/7 to ensure watering and it automatically waters them if they get dry.
