The Saathiya actor has gifted a house to a acid attack survivor, Lalita Benbansi as a wedding gift. According to sources, They met at an event where he got to know her, her problems, a heart wrenching fact that she's a homeless.

The actor, at the event promised her to give a house reportedly which he has fulfilled now. Oberoi not just attended her wedding but present her gift there too. On this occasion, Shootout at Lokhandwala actor said,"Lalita is a true hero because she has given a new hope to thousands of acid attack survivors to live their life like a normal human being."
