LAHORE: The 66th birth anniversary of well known television actor Moin Akhter on Saturday. 

It is said that 'A legend never dies', it is true in Akhter's case. He was the one who made audience laugh for decades. The actor is not with us today but he will live in the hearts of his fans forever.

Moin Akhter started his career back in 1966. He made his debut from a play which aired on PTV on the occasion of 'Defence Day'.

The actor acted on both TV and stage. His play 'Rozy' took his career to highest levels of success.

The late artist in collaboration with famous comedian Omer Sharif gave outstanding performances and made people laugh through stage dramas.

A simple person with exceptional acting skills died on 22nd April 2011.
