      <title>Recipe of the day: Khao Suey</title>

&lt;li&gt;Chicken Mince 1 kg&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Red Chili powder 1 tbsp&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Turmeric powder 1 tsp&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;All spice powder 1 tsp&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Salt to taste&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Oil 1 cup&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;For Curry:&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Coconut Cream Powder 2 packet&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Gram Flour 2 tbsp&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Curry leaves few&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Salt to taste&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Water 2 glass&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;For Noodles:&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Noodles 1 pack&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Samosa strips (deep fried till crisp) as required&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Onion 2&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Spring onion 2 bunch&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Green chili 10&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Fresh coriander 2 bunch&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Lemon 8&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Garlic cloves 25 gm&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Red chili 2 tbsp (crushed)&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Carom seeds 1 tsp&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;li&gt;Heat oil in a pan, add chicken mince meat, and ginger garlic paste, red chili powder, turmeric powder, all spice powder and salt.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Mix well and let it cook on low heat.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;When liquid dries, sautÃ© and take it out.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;For Curry: In a blender add coconut cream powder, water and gram flour, whisk them well until the gram flour has dissolved.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Now in a pan, add blended mixture and curry leaves, allow it to boil for a few minutes and turn off the flame.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Let it cool and then add salt.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;For Noodles: Toast carom seeds and red chili flakes on a dry griddle.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Take a deep plate, place a single layer of mince, top generously with boiled noodles.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Then add roasted red chili flakes, roasted carom seeds, chopped onions, spring onions, green chilies, fresh coriander and lemon juice, one on top of the other as per preference.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Top it with a layer of karhi, fried samosa strips and chopped garlic.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Khowsuey is ready to serve.&lt;/li&gt;
