&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Ingredients&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Rice 250 gm&lt;br /&gt;
Sugar Â½ cup&lt;br /&gt;
Khewra essence few drops&lt;br /&gt;
Small cardamom4-5&lt;br /&gt;
KhoyaÂ½ cup&lt;br /&gt;
Dry fruitÂ½ cup&lt;br /&gt;
Yellow food color1 pinch&lt;br /&gt;
Green food colorÂ pinch&lt;br /&gt;
Yellow food colorÂ pinch&lt;br /&gt;
Silver papers required&lt;br /&gt;
Gulab Jaman/Rasgulla as required&lt;br /&gt;
Clarified butter1 cup&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Method&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Wash 250 gm rice for 2-3 hours. Then add in few drops of khewra essence and boil it. Add in 1 cup clarified butter in pan and sautÃ© 4-5 small cardamom. Add in some water and Â½ cup sugar. Cook it and when the sugar is dissolved add in rice, pinch of yellow food color and Â½ cup khoya. Now divide the rice in three parts and put a pinch of green ,yellow and zarda color in the rice separately. Add in marba, Â½ kg dry fruits. Mix it and simmer. Garnish it with silver paper and dry fruits and serve.&lt;/p&gt;
