&lt;li&gt;Onion 2 tbsp (fried ,chopped)&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Egg 8 (hard boil)&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Oil for frying&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Flour to roll eggs&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;For Gravy:&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Oil 3/4 cup&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Onion 3&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Green cardamom 6 â€“ 7&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Salt to taste&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Red chili powder 1 Â½ tsp&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Coriander powder 2 tsp&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Yogurt 1 cup&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Nutmeg and mace Â½ tsp&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;All spice powder Â½ tsp&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Cream Â½ cup&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;li&gt;For Koftaâ€™s: Chopperize all ingredients except boiled eggs and keep aside.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Roll the boiled eggs in flour and coat with the mixture of mince and spices.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Refrigerate the egg mince balls (koftaâ€™s) for half an hour.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;After that heat oil in a pan and fry egg mince balls (koftaâ€™s) on medium flame.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Koftaâ€™s are ready.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;For Gravy: Put a pan on stove heat oil and fry onions in it remove onion from oil and grind it.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Add cardamom in oil then add ginger garlic paste, salt, chili powder, coriander powder, mix it well for few minutes.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Beat yogurt and add into spices, add fried onion, nutmeg, mace, all spice powder and cook for 5 minutes.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Remove from flame, add cream and mix; put koftaâ€™s in the gravy and serve.&lt;/li&gt;
